Dagon's Fish Health Laboratory focuses on preventing, diagnosing, and treating fish health issues.
Our areas of responsibility include:
Performing routine fish and water quality checks for Dagon's facilities for improved fish health.
Provide instructions, guidelines and recommendations for prevention of and disease management.
Diagnostic testing and diagnosis of fish diseases common to Israel, in-house, using microscopy and molecular techniques.
Ensuring that any fish sold to our customers are healthy and pathogen free.
Full cooperation with the ministry's Veterinary Services and Animal Health unit, to assure the highest fish examinations standard, globally.
Projects and innovation - Dagon's Fish Health team collaborates with local and global animal health companies to test and implement new treatments associated with aquaculture.
Vaccination
Dagon offers on-site vaccinations to maintain fish health based on customer preferences.
Our partner, Phibro, supplies us with safe and highly effective Tailor-Made® vaccines.
